EPCs from £60
The price of the EPC will depend on a number of factors; such as the time it takes to do the survey, number of extensions and size of the property, and travel distance to the site. A fairly standard traditional property will be £60. The cost for a property with several extensions could increase to £90, but I aim to remain as competitive as possible, whilst offering a professional service.
For landlords needing to improve EPCs in order to meet MEES regulations that require initial advice and then a second visit to complete an EPC, the rates are negotiable.
